How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallet payments.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on all our products and serviceable pin codes. You’ll see the option during checkout after you fill out shipping details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, and national holidays, but typically range from 3–7 business days.

Can I track my order?

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We offer a 7-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Simply email us at connect@playhills.in with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
